Door Entry System

As part of Golf Tech Systems offering for building Trackman Golf Simulators the door entry system is a key part of any commercial facility. Once a player books a simulator session they will be emailed a pin code. This one time code gives them access to the facility. Once inside the simulator screen will show who’s session is next and the player signs in with their QR code. Once the time session ends the simulator then times out and locks the player out ready for the next session.

Business Portal

The facility owner has full access to the Trackman business portal. Here they can manage and see all their bookings and even communicate messages directly to the simulator bay. They can observe how many players are using the sim, even hat hole they are playing. They also have the capacity to shut down the simulator. When connected to a YourGolfBooking account the facility owner can customise many features including hire rates, hire times. Membership offerings and also personalise tournaments and events.

If the facility is manned they can also integrate full POS system. This can include a full food drinks and menu where the players can order directly from the simulator. The possibilities are endless with the Trackman Business Portal when paired with YGB.
