Physical & Virtual Installation
Golf Tech offer two levels of installation for our products.
Physical - Our team of experts will come on site and setup your system in the best way possible. Once complete we will then spend some time with you going through the system to show you full functionality along with features and settings. This is a crucial part of physical installation so you get the most out of your system. Physical installation charges vary between system and location. Please contact us for a quote.
Virtual - This is fast becoming a popular method by many of our users especially if they are not local to us. We offer virtual setup via facetime in 30 minutes sessions. We can spend as many sessions as you like to get your setup just right. Virtual setup is popular because our clients build their Golf Tech Enclosure with the instructions provided and then use the virtual setup option to get the more trickier components setup correct. This normally includes the projector and tracking hardware.
GOLF TECH SUPPORT
Golf Tech Systems offer two levels of support with our products.
Manufacturer Support: This is free and comes with all products purchased.
Golf Tech Support: Remote Support is chargeable on a pay as you go service or as unlimited remote support payable on a yearly contract. This is for customers that want a response in the same time zone and is ideal for commercial environments. Simply pay your chosen support option above and then one of our support team will be in touch. Physical Onsite Support is quoted for on request and is dependent on system and location.

20 Minutes Remote Support: £36.00
12 Months Remote Support Contract: £480.00
Physical Onsite Support: Quote on request
